Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total.
Free shipping on orders over $100
Express or tracked shipping may be available at additional cost.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.
🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window:
First, check the tracking link in your email.
Then, contact us at support@onehorus.com if the delay exceeds 5 days beyond the estimate.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
