🔄 Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
It is not a sale or final clearance item
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges on eligible items if requested within the 30-day window and the desired item is in stock.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to a shipping error or defective item
🚚 How to Initiate a Return
Email support@onehorus.com with:
Your full name and order number
Reason for the return
Photos if the item is damaged or defective
We’ll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
Ship the item back using a trackable courier
🌍 International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping
We recommend using a tracked shipping method
Duties or customs charges are non-refundable
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Clearance or final sale items
Worn or washed clothing
Gift cards
Underwear or intimate garments (for hygiene reasons)
🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
